Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in SAP modules MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), PP (Production Planning), and QM (Quality Management) within the Logistics domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing SAP solutions to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM, WM, PP, and QM modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and support during the entire project lifecycle, including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live phases.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP logistics modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations for system enhancements.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, WM, PP, and QM modules, with a strong focus on logistics processes.
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Strong understanding of integration points between SAP modules and other systems (e.g., SD, FI, CO).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• SAP certification in relevant modules is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
